Substituting sausage with tofu in a formula or not.
I found a formula that's really good sausage and mushroom stuffing tastes horrendous, but my father tried to reduce his cholesterol. So he can not have sausage. I can subsitute sausage with tofu or not if I will be kind of spices or sauces, I can add to the mixture compression to taste more like sausage is still no taste.
